+ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received two (2) days or more before the scheduled tour date will not be charged any additional fees and is subject to a refund.
Cancellations received less than two (2) days before the scheduled tour date will result in full payment being processed by BlueSky Helicopter Tours. If any passenger(s) do not show up for their tour, the money paid is non-refundable.
If BlueSky Helicopter Tours cancels your tour due to weather, BlueSky Helicopter Tours will try to reschedule the tour to a time and date that works for both them and their passengers. If a new tour time cannot be agreed upon, then the passengers are subject to a full refund.
BlueSky reserves the right to adjust, alter, or cancel any tour (or portion of tour) due to changes in weather, security, or any unforeseen circumstance encountered.
+ Safety & Liability
BlueSky Helicopter Tours is not liable for and denies any responsibility for personal injury or property damage incurred by passengers at the BlueSky Helicopter Tours facility or while engaging in any tour activities. BlueSky Helicopter Tours and their agents and representatives are not responsible and expressly disclaim any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change in itinerary or schedules, additional expense, inconvenience or irregularity, whether to person or property incurred during their activity in connection with or relating to the supply or omission of air, sea, land, transportation services, or other accommodations, facilities, meals, other services or illness of a client.
In order to participate in a BlueSky Helicopter Tours operated tour, each passenger is required to sign a liability waiver. For those potential passengers under the age of 18, a legal guardian or representative is required to sign on their behalf. BlueSky Helicopter Tours strives to provide all it’s passengers with the safest and best experience possible. To maintain the strictest levels of safety, all passengers are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the schedule departure time in order to receive a pre-flight briefing from a BlueSky Helicopter Tours representative.
+ Passengers
The minimum number of passengers for any BlueSky Helicopter Tours tour package is two (2); maximum number of passengers allowed per flight is three (3). Tour bookings of groups larger than three (3) is possible, but requires the group to be split into separate and consecutive tour flights, maintaining a maximum of three (3) passengers per flight.
Due to the helicopter performance specifications and safety considerations, weight restrictions apply to all passengers and baggage carried by the aircraft. The passenger load cannot exceed a combined weight of approximately 600 lbs. During the pre-flight briefing, a passenger might be requested to share their approximate weight for flight planning purposes.
